摘要
将少量对烃类溶剂具有高效阻隔作用的阻隔性树脂——改性尼龙(MPA)与高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)共混,通过对共混工艺条件和分散相MPA形态的控制,可获得具有高阻隔性能的HDPE/MPA共混材料。利用Haake转矩流变仪、SEM分析、阻隔性能测试等方法,研究了共混组分的流变特性、分散相层状形成的基本条件、层状的分散形态以及共混物吹塑瓶的溶剂阻隔性能。结果表明,较低剪切的混合有利于分散相MPA层状的形成,从SEM照片上可看到沿瓶壁厚度方向形成的相互贯穿的层状网络结构。共混物吹塑瓶的二甲苯渗透率较纯HDPE瓶的渗透率有大幅度降低。
Small amount of a modified nylon(MPA) barrier material that has high barrier properties to hydrocarbon solvents were blended with high density polyethylene(HDPE). The high barrier effects are obtained by controlled blending technique conditions and morphology of dispersed phase. Present work studies rheological characteristics of blending ingredients, base conditions of forming laminar structure, morphology of laminar dispersed phase and solvent barrier properties of blends in blowmolding by using Haake torque rheometer, analysis of SEM and measuring barrier properties. It is suggested that it is good to form laminar structure of dispersed phase MPA in lower shear rate. It is also shown that there is laminar net structure along the wall of a container blowmolded from the SEM photographs.
