摘要
采用固相接枝技术 ,以硅油对 HDPE进行润滑改性 ,用红外光谱对接枝物进行了表征 .研究了硅油用量、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间对产物熔体流动速率及性能的影响 ,确定了制作光纤保护套管专用料的配比 .
HDPE was modified lubricatedly with silicon oil as a monomer by the solid phase grafting metheod. The grafting product was characterized by IR spectroscopy. Th e effects of silicon oil content,initator content, reactive temperature and rea ctive time on MFR and properties of HDPE/Silicon oil blend were studied. The r ecipe used to manufacture fiber optic innerduct were defined.
