摘要
研究了新型可聚集合表面活性剂DMDB的制备方法 ,介绍了产物的分离实验方法 ,进行了产品的合成和纯度的分析。用甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯 (DM)与月桂溴反应合成了新型可聚合表面活性剂甲基丙烯酰氧乙基十二烷基二甲基溴化铵 (DMDB) ,并用红外光谱、高压液相色谱、凯氏定氮、临界胶束浓度与Craft点、电导率测定等方法 ,对产物进行分析。数据表明 ,产物为阳离子表面活性剂 ,其CMC为 6×1 0 - 5mol/L、氮含量 98.4 %、纯度 95.9% ,研究了产品微乳液的特性和电导率的关系 ,实验表明 :在A区域为油包水型微乳区 ,B区域为双连续微乳区 ,C区域为水包油型微乳区 ,3个区域的分布为 :A区 :≤ 2 0 % ,B区 :2 0 %~ 65% ,C区 :≥ 65%。
The preparation technology of new type polymerizable surfactant (DMDB) was studied. Separating methods of experiment for product were introduced. Their purity and properties were discussed by analysis. The new type polymerizable surfactant methacryloxyethyl dodcydimethyl ammonium bromide (DMDB) is synthesised by dimethylamminoethyl methacrylate(DMDB) and n -dodecanebromide. The product is analysised by infrared spectrum (IR), high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), Kai's method for determination of nitrogen, Kafft Point, and conductivity measurements. The results show that the DMDB were cationic surfactant, CMC=6×10 -5 mol/L, content of nitrogen is 98.4%, purity is 95.9%. The properties of microemulsion were studied by relation of conductity with different liquid of DMDB. The result shows that region A represents W/O microemulsions, regin B bicontinuous microemulsion, and region C O/W microemulsion. There are A:≤20%, B:from 20% to 65%, and C:≥65% in three regions.
