摘要
以哌嗪为连接基团,依次经过酰基化、氢化铝锂还原和季铵化反应,合成了新型季铵盐双子表面活性剂12-PZ-12。用1 H NMR和元素分析进行了结构表征,并研究了其表面活性以及不同种类和浓度的反离子对其表面活性的影响。结果表明,12-PZ-12的水溶液在25℃时的临界胶束浓度cmc=4.68×10-4 mol/L,临界胶束浓度下的表面张力γcmc=24.0 mN/m,优于传统的表面活性剂。随着反离子浓度的增加,12-PZ-12的cmc值降低,且Iˉ比Clˉ对其cmc值的影响更为显著。
A novel quternary ammonium gemini surfactant was synthesized via acylations,reduction and quaternary ammonium with piperazine as the spacer.The target product was characterized by 1H NMR and elemental analysis.Surface activity and counter ion effects were studied.The results indicated that the surface activity of the aqueous solution of 12-PZ-12 at 25 ℃ showed cmc=4.68×10-4 mol/L and γcmc=24.0 mN/m,superior to the conventional surfactants.The cmc value of 12-PZ-12 decreased with increasing counter ion concentration.In addition,Iˉ had a more significant effect on cmc value than Clˉ did.
