一种提高延迟焦化加热炉能力及延长运转周期的技术 被引量:7

A TECHNIQUE ENHANCING HEATER ABILITY AND PROLONGING RUNNING PERIOD IN DELAYED COKING UNIT

摘要 提出渣油在延迟焦化加热炉加热过程中可分为3个阶段,即裂化反应加热阶段、缩合反应加热阶段、过热加热阶段。分析了3个阶段的特点和规律以及目前炉管结焦的位置和原因,提出了延迟焦化加热炉进料流程的优化方法和“双点二级”注水技术。该技术应用于石家庄炼油厂延迟焦化加热炉改造的结果表明,加热炉处理能力提高了27%,辐射炉管注水量降低了42%,正常运转周期达13个月,改造投资回收期仅1个月。 Three heating stages for residue in the heater of delayed coking unit was proposed, i. e. cracking heating stage, condensation heating stage and overheating stage. Characteristics and rules of the three stages as well as the coking location and cause in heater tubes were analyzed. Process optimization method and 'double points two stages' water injecting technique for the heater were put forward. Heater revamping in Shijiazhuang Refinery showed that the processing capacity of the heater enhanced by 27%, the water injected to radiation tubes decreased by 42%. The normal running period reached 13 months and the revamping cost recovery period was only 1 month.
