摘要
鉴于焦化炉管缓焦剂很难直接在工业装置上进行精确评价,同时,实验室中又难以将不同油样控制在完全相同的反应历程下进行评价,通过快速测定油样的结焦因子,提出用添加缓焦剂前后结焦因子的变化对焦化炉管缓焦剂作用效果作快速准确的评价,建立了消除反应历程差异影响、判断实验重复性和结焦因子测量精度的方法,实现对焦化炉管缓焦剂的快速评价。
It is difficult to evaluate the effect of agents for decreasing coke on industrial equipment. The difficulty to evaluate the agents in laboratory is to control the reaction conditions the same. In the paper, an evaluation technique using different resides under the same reaction conditions to derive the coking factor was established. It eliminates the influence of reaction conditions, has good reproducibility and high precision. Coking factors can be measured by a subminiature apparatus for heavy oil thermal conversion.
