摘要
文章综述了我省马铃薯贮藏的现状及主要贮藏方式 ,为促进当地马铃薯贮藏业的发展提出了相应的措施。
This paper reviewed the current situation and major fashion of potato storage,some storage technology for improving of potato storage suitable for local situation were give.
