摘要
从角色理论出发,以角色认同为基点,通过分析大学毕业生到职业人角色实践转换过程中,大学毕业生因职业人角色内外冲突而导致其领会角色的迷茫和困惑,对照大学毕业生到职业人的角色认同,提出了毕业生角色认知调整、角色感情培养和角色行为调适等三方面的修正方案,实现大学毕业生到职业人角色实践的成功转变。
Based on the role theory, with role-identity as the starting point, the article analyzes the practice conversion process of the role from the university graduates to professionals. The role understanding of confusion and perplexity is led from the inside and outside conflict during the role of university graduates conversion to professionals. According to the role identity, a revised adjustment program is proposed in three aspects of role cognition adjustments , the role emotion training and the role behavior adaptation of the graduates, aiming to achieve the con- version from university graduates to professionals successfully.
