摘要
针对目前我国饭店业内协会会议活动中"会议+奖项"操作模式日益普遍的现象,根据访谈获得的一手资料,借助推—拉理论,运用定性分析的方法实证研究了中国饭店业年会企业参会代表的参会动机,得出了影响企业参会动机的4个推力因素:宣传发展、名誉声望、交际和学习提升需要,以及年会影响力、交际机会、宣传机会、荣誉机会、与主办方的关系5个拉力因素,并指出"会奖"结合模式下企业参会动机呈现出奖项驱动的核心特点,在此基础上揭示了与奖项存在密切联系的企业的两大内在诉求:宣传发展和名誉声望需要。最后对"会奖"模式进行了开创式的讨论。
Aiming at the phenomenon that an increasing number of association conferences organizers tend to combine conferences and awards presently, aceording to the first-hand material from interviews, based on push-pull theory and using qualitative analysis methods, this paper empirically explores the attendant's motivation of annual meeting of China hotel industry. The study finds 4 push factors and 5 pull factors influencing the attendant's motivation, which presents the feature of award-orientation. Four push factors include propaganda and development needs, reputation, social communication needs and self-improving needs. Five pull factors are conference influence, communication opportunity, propaganda opportunity, reputation opportunity and the relationship with the host. Based on the conclusion, this paper reveals corporations' two inner needs which closely related to awards: propaganda and development needs. It also puts forward and discusses about the mode of conferences combined with awards for the first time.
