摘要
分析了当前多边贸易体制和区域贸易安排对经济合作的影响,在全球多边层次、亚太区域层次、东亚次区域等层次,从法律分析的角度提出了“3+1”模式与双轨制结合的制度设想。
This paper analyzes the effect of Multilateral Trade System and Re gi onal Trade Arrangements to the economic cooperation,on the levels of global mul tilateral, Asia-Pacific regional and east-Asia sub-regional level, from the a ngle of law analysis, advances the system design of “3+1”pattern combining wi th “Double-tracks”system.
