中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶在实验性脑出血大鼠脑组织中的动态变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过测定中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)在实验性脑出血大鼠脑组织中的动态变化从而来探讨NE的含量和脑出血关系。方法将雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组和ICH模型组,分别于术后6h,12h,24h,48h和72h取脑,测定脑组织NE的含量及脑含水量。结果ICH大鼠脑组织NE含量明显增加,6h即升高,24h达最高峰(P<0.01),以后逐渐下降,72h与对照组差异仍然具有统计学意义;ICH大鼠脑组织含水量升高较慢,48h达高峰(P<0.01)。结论实验性脑出血大鼠脑组织内NE含量的升高与大鼠脑出血后脑组织水肿密切相关,NE增加可能是脑出血后早期引起血脑屏障开放、血管源性脑水肿形成的重要原因之一。 OBJECTIVE To observe the dynamic changes of the NE concentration in the cerebral tissue from the rat ICH induced by collagenase, and to investigate the relationship between NE concentration and brain water content. METHODS Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and ICH group. All the rats brain were take out at 6, 12, 24, 48 and 72h after operation. The dynamic changes of the NE concentration in the cerebral tissue and the brain water content was observed. RESULTS The NE concentration of ICH rat cerebral tissue increase obviously, and reached the peak after 24--48 huors, then begin to decrease; the brain water content have the similar change, but the time to reach the peak was 48 -72 hours latter. CONCLUSION The increasing of NE concentration may be one of the important reason for inducing the cerebral edema.
