摘要 设计了一种基于数字式函数发生器和示波器的虚拟仪器的电路测试系统,无需使用额外的数据采集卡。详细介绍了该测试系统的原理及测试程序、显示界面。系统软件采用LabVIEW编程,用NI-VISA实现了软件和函数发生器、示波器的USB通信,进而实现对电路信号的控制、采样、处理、显示和存储。将该测试系统在可见光通信链路幅频特性的测试中进行了实际应用,测试结果表明,系统工作稳定、误差小、兼容性强,为相关的电路分析提供了一种有效测试方案。 A circuit testing system is designed based on virtual instruments of digital function generator and digital oscilloscope without using additional data acquisition card. The working principle, testing programs and display interface of the system are introduced. The sy:stem software is developed by LabVIEW. The USB com- munication between the software and the digital function generator and oscilloscope is realized by NI-VISA. The designed system can control, collect, process, display and store the circuit signals, which is applied in measur- ing the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the visible light communication link. The testing results indicate that the system works stably, and has small error and strong compatibility, provides an effective testing solution for circuit analysis.
