摘要
针对某些元器件在在线测量中不宜直接测量,结合最小二乘法曲线拟合建立数学模型,利用Labview编程,形象直观的得出所要测量的元件参数。
Some of elements can not be measured directly. Combined with the least square method curve fitting to set up the mathematic model and applying Labview programming, the element parameters can be measured vividly and directly perceived.
