大阵列应变计电阻精密测试系统设计与分析 被引量:1

Design and analysis of precision measurement system for large array of resistance strain gauges

摘要 为提高电阻式应变计测试效率,研制了一套大阵列应变计测试系统。基于ADG884模拟开关,设计了多路测量电路切换阵列。在工控机架构下,基于LabVIEW环境,开发了控制程序。利用多功能数据输入输出卡和232接口实现了对测量电路阵列的自动切换和高精度数字多用表的自动测试任务。在对各个测试端进行短接的条件下,对测试阵列切换电路的随机电阻误差进行了测试分析,测试结果显示,切换电路的最大随机偏差在±0.002 7Ω内,完全满足产品分类测试要求。 To improve the testing efficiency of the resistance-type strain gauge, a set of large array strain gauge testing system was designed. Based on ADG884 simulation switch, multi-channel measurement circuit switch arrays were developed. Under the industrial architecture, a control program upon the environment of LabVIEW was also worked out. Automatic switehover task to the measurement circuit array and autotest task to the high precision digital multi-meter were realized by using the multi-function data input/output card and the interface 232. Under the condition of shorting the test terminal, we conducted test analysis on random error of resistance of the test array switch circuit, and the results show that the maximum random deviation of the switch circuit is between negative 0. 002 7 Ω and positive 0.002 7 Ω, which fully meets the requirements of grading test.
