摘要
针对小麦粉加工业向大型化、集约化发展的趋势,论述了我国小麦粉包装技术与装备向自动化包装方向发展的必要性和重要性,总结了现有小麦粉自动包装技术装备的形式和问题,探讨了全自动小麦粉包装技术的形式及影响全自动包装过程的技术关键,对不同技术问题提出了初步的解决思路。
For the wheat flour processing industry to large-scale, intensive development trend, the necessity and importance to develop full automatic packaging technology and equipment for flour in China were discussed. A summary was made about the packaging units used in China and existing problems. Forthemore, the full-automatic packaging equipments type as well as the key problems were discussed. Some measures were proposed to solve the different problems.
