综述了目前我国制粉工业的现状及制粉技术装备所存在的问题,在规模化生产和集约化经营,技术装备和产品质量标准,深加工与资源综合利用等方面的差距。探索性地提出了适合我国小麦粉加工技术与装备发展的新观点和新理念,以及小麦粉加工技术与装备发展趋势。
