摘要
鸡肉制品的发展对我国肉类工业的发展有着积极重要的作用,本文通过介绍鸡肉发展的现状、鸡肉的营养价值、功能,从而阐述鸡肉发展的必要性,及我国鸡肉制品发展中存在的问题,同时提出一些建议,最后对鸡肉制品的发展进行综述。
