摘要
采用溶剂抽提及色谱质谱法,对催化裂化(FCC)汽油及脱臭后FCC汽油中硫醇性硫及碱性氮化物的分布与含量进行了考察。结果表明,不同催化裂化原料的FCC汽油中硫醇的种类和分布大致相同,都存在大量丁硫醇。脱臭后FCC汽油中异构的小分子硫醇和相对分子质量大的硫醇含量较多。苯硫酚的存在对硫醇的脱除和汽油的腐蚀都不利。不同催化原料的FCC汽油中碱性氮化物种类和分布也大致相同,主要由苯胺、吡啶两种物质组成,其中苯胺占90%以上。脱臭前后FCC汽油中碱性氮化物种类和分布基本没有变化。在现有脱臭条件下,碱性氮化物对脱臭催化剂活性和寿命没有明显影响。
The distributions of mercaptan sulfur and basic nitrogen compounds in feed and sweetened FCC gasoline of Wuhan, Jinan and Shengli refineries are investigated by means of solvent extraction and GC MS techniques. The causes of failur of doctor sour and copper strip corrosive gasoline and the componental changes of basic nitrogen compounds are discussed. The experimental results show that the distributions of mercaptan sulfur in feed FCC gasoline from several samples are almost similar, and The structure and composition of mercaptan are very complex, and the major mercaptan is butanethiol. The mercaptan in sweetened FCC gasoline is mainly isomeric C 4SH~C 6SH and macromolecular C 9SH, C 10 SH, C 11 SH. The thiophenol in FCC gasoline can do very harmful effect in sweetening process. The distributions of basic nitrogen compounds in FCC gasoline from several samples are almost similar, the basic nitrogen compounds in FCC gasoline are mainly aniline and pyridine derivatives, and the amount of aniline is over 90%. The distribution of basic nitrogen compounds in FCC gasoline have no change during sweetening process. Under the present technological conditions of sweetening process, the basic nitrogen compounds have no appreciable influence on the activity and life of catalyst.
