摘要
结合航煤的实际情况,在实验条件下观察温度、pH值、Fe2+和Cl-4个因素的综合作用对微生物生长的影响.采用了正交试验设计,并对实验结果进行科学的统计分析.通过极差和方差分析法分析实验结果得出最优生长条件是温度为35℃、pH值为7、Fe2+的浓度为150 mg/L和Cl-的浓度为1.5 g/L.Fe2+浓度对航煤中微生物的影响比pH值的影响要大,具有一定代表性,为进一步研究微生物的防治提供技术指导.
Considering the actual situation of aviation fuel,observed the combination of four factors,the temperature,pH value,Fe2+ and Cl?,on microbial growth in the experimental conditions.Used orthogonal experiment,and did scientific statistical analysis on the experimental results.Used range and variance analysis on experimental results,and obtained the optimal growth condition is the temperature of 35℃,pH value of 7,Fe2+ concentration of 150 mg/L and Cl? concentration of 1.5 g/L.Fe2+ concentration’s impact on microbial of aviation fuel is more significantly than the pH value’s,which has a certain representation,provide important technical guidance for controlling of microbes.
