摘要
为了证实催化精馏反应器新型内构件的实用性 ,以丙烯与苯烷基化合成异丙苯为模型反应进行了热态试验研究。结果表明 ,这种新型的催化精馏塔结构不仅具有催化剂装卸方便、催化剂装填量大、床层压降低以及操作范围大等优点 ,而且可在高苯空速和低苯烯比的条件下取得高转化率、高选择性的反应结果 ,各项指标均大大优于固定床鼓泡反应器。从单位体积反应器生产能力进行比较 ,新型催化剂装填方式是固定床鼓泡反应器的 4倍以上。
This paper verifies the feasibility of the catalytic distillation reactor with the novel internal using the model reaction,alkylation of propylene with benzene over β zeolite catalyst.The catalytic distillation reactor with the novel internal has many advantages such as large catalyst loading volume,convenient catalyst loading and unloading,low pressure drop of the catalyst bed,and large operation range.Moreover,a higher conversion of propylene and a higher selecitivity of cumene can be obtained with the novel catalytic distillation reactor under the condition of higher benzene space velocity and lower molar ratio of benzene to propylene as compared with a bubble fixed bed reactor.Production capacity of unit weight catalyst for the novel catalytic column reactor is 4.23 times higher than that for a bubble fixed bed reactor.
