摘要 为了研究热管式气液固三相固定床鼓泡反应器的传热性能, 在一内径为50 mm、高800 mm床内充以多孔填料, 内插一根16 mm×2 mm的水 不锈钢热管的固定床反应器中, 用并流向上的热水和氮气进行传热试验研究. 研究结果表明: 传热量随气相速度ug 增大而增多, 在气相速度达到某一数值后, 气相速度对传热的影响不显著; 并采用最小二乘法拟合得到了试验条件下固定床鼓泡反应器床层与热管加热段管壁之间传热系数的经验计算式. 所得到的方程得到了热模试验的验证. In order to study the heat transfer performance of heat pipe type gas-liquid-solid three-phase fixed-bed bubble-column reactor, heat transfer was investigated in a fixed-bed reactor with inner diameter of 50 mm and height of 800 mm, and filled with porous packing material inside the bed. A water-stainless steel heat pipe of φ16 mm × 2 mm was inserted in the reactor and water and nitrogen flowed co-current upwards. The results showed that the amount of heat transferred increased with gas flow rate ug, and heat transfer became less sensitive to the gas flow rate when gas flow rate reached a certain value. An empirical equation for heat transfer coefficient between the bed layer of fixed-bed bubble-column reactor and the pipe wall of the heating section of heat pipe under the testing conditions was obtained by fitting the data with the least square method. The obtained equation was verified by heating simulation test.
