The principle and characteristic of catalytic rectification process for production of high purity ethers were introduced,and its reaction kinetics and technological conditions were summarized.Application of catalytic rectifi-cation process in esterification reaction was discussed as well as research and development trend of catalytic rectifi-cation process.
