摘要
高校推行大学生导师制度是加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的重大举措,是高校学生教育管理及思想政治工作精细化辅导的重要形式和途径。面对高职院校实行导师制这个新课题,应明确高职院校实行导师制的必要性和可行性,积极探索高职院校实行导师制的有效途径,真正提高高职院校学生思想政治教育工作的水平。
The tutorial system is not only a major measure for college students to strengthen and improve their ideological and political levels, but also the main form of students management and the elaborated way of political education in colleges. Facing this new topic for higher vocational colleges, it is important to explicit the necessity and feasibility of applying the tutorial system in higher vocational colleges, actively explore the effective methods of carrying out the tutorial system, so that to improve the level of vocational college students＇ ideological and political education.
