摘要
随着对"跟进式教育"研究的不断深入和对教育有效性研究的不断深化,"跟进式教育"的操作性及其系统性、科学性愈来愈受到教育工作者的关注。"跟进式教育"围绕着育人的中心,设计了教育跟进、管理跟进、服务跟进、活动跟进四个工作模块,并构建成四位一体的工作模式,构成了一个开放性的多因素参与的同时经有机组织整合而具有相对稳定性的综合实践系统。
With the further study and research on the "follow--up education" and the effectiveness of education, the operational, systematic, and scientific research of "follow--up education" become more and more the concern of educators. "follow--up education" centers around educating people, designing four modules of education follow--up, management follow--up, service follow--up, and activities follow--up. The four in one mode of operation constitutes an open multiple--involved comprehensive practice system with relative stability.
