摘要
高职院校新型就业指导工作团队建设,应着眼于高职生职业发展与毕业生就业能力的实情考量,由高职院校若干部门合力组建,由专兼职人员共同组成,旨在借助团队工作样态以竭力提升工作实效。因此,应对高职院校新型就业指导工作团队建设中存在的问题以及路径选择有科学的思考。
In order to build the new-typed employment guidance team in higher vocational colleges, colleges should focus on the actual ex- amination on students' career development and their employment ability. Staff in departments in higher vocational colleges, combined with part-time staff, should make joint efforts to set up employment guidance teams. It aims to improve the effective-ness of work. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the existing problems in the construction of a new-typed employment guid- ance team, and try to fred the scientific solutions to deal with these problems.
