摘要
当前,大学生就业指导工作存在着就业指导机构缺乏专门化、职业化,就业指导队伍不专业,就业指导内容系统化、科学化程度不够,就业指导模式相对封闭粗放,就业服务体系市场化、社会化、信息化程度低等问题,这些问题的存在使高校在办学规摸的不断扩大以及就业市场格局已然变化的今天,其就业指导工作的针对性和有效性不强。高校就业指导工作的最终目标就是要提升学生的就业竞争力,提高毕业生的求职成功率,为社会输送更多的合格人才。这就要求高校的就业指导工作必须走专业化发展的道路,从专业化层面来设置专门化机构、建设专业化队伍、创建系统科学的就业指导内容和全程化就业指导课程体系、变革就业指导模式、提高就业服务体系市场化、社会化、信息化程度。
Recently, the following problems still exist in guiding the employment of university students: shortage of specialization and professionalization of the employment guidance organs, not specialization of the employment guidance teams, inadequateness of systematization and scientism of the guidance plans, relative closeness and shallowness of the guidance models, low levels of marketability, socialization and informationallzation of the employment service systems and so on. These issues have seriously affected the enlargement of university scales, The ultimate aims of employment guidance of the universities are to increase the employment competition force, to enhance the success rate of the graduates in employment and to supply more qualified personnel to the society. Therefore, the employment guidance work of the universities must be specialized in the settingup of organs, building of professional teams, constructing systematic and scientific employment guidance content and subjects, reforming guidance models, and increasing the marketability, socialization and informationalization in employment service system.
