摘要
高职教育服务与管理具有特殊性,但ISO9000质量管理体系包含着教育管理过程中应该汲取的理念。因此,高职院校需将质量管理标准连同其先进的管理理念、管理方法与特殊的高职教育服务与管理活动有机对接,不断提高高职院校质量管理水平。
The service and management of higher vocational education has its particularity. ISO9000 quality management system contains the concept that should be learned ha the process of education management. The standards of ISO9000 quality management system, a- long with its advanced management concepts and methods should be applied in the service and management of higher vocational colleges.
