摘要
高等教育从精英教育向大众教育转变,是社会发展的必然,我国的高等教育已快速实现了大众化。研究与思考大众化背景下高等教育质量新内涵,确立与高等教育大众化相适应的高等教育新理念,并通过明确人才培养目标,探索差别化的人才培养模式;加强师资队伍建设,培育优秀教学团队;强化实践教学,提高学生的实践与创新能力;严格教学管理,构建与健全教学质量保障机制等措施,加强高校教育教学质量内涵建设,高校才能实现可持续发展。
It is a certain trend of social development for higher education from elite education to mass education. Higher education in China has rapidly achieved popularity. To achieve the sustainable development of colleges, some measures must be taken, such as research and reflection on the quality of higher education under the background of popularization, establishing new concepts of higher education in accordance with mass education, exploring differentiated personnel training mode by defining the talent cultivation objective, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, training excellent teaching team, improving the practice teaching and students＇ practical and innovative ability, implementing strict teaching administration, establishing a sound teaching--quality security system and so on.
