摘要 经对炼油厂脱硫污水的成分分析认为:单塔汽提脱硫系统中垢物的形成,主要是由于污水中所含各类粉尘、有机物、金属腐蚀物等在高温下因石油碳氢化合物的析出及对塔体材料的腐蚀所造成的,这是阻垢、防垢应解决的关键问题。 Through the analysis of the components of waste water containing sulfur from the oil refinery in this paper,we find the cause of coking in the stripping desulfur system from single tower is the polymerization reaction of carbonhydrate and the seperate of varied solid powders,organic compounds and all corrosive productions of metal,out of waste water in high temperature,so the solving method is depolymerization by decreasing the oil content in waste water and anticorrosive of tower materials by vapour of waste water.
