摘要
以电泳漆废水为处理对象,采用反渗透膜分离与工业水处理集成工艺,开发反渗透膜法废水资源化新技术、辅助配套设备、自动控制设备和膜清洗设备等,来取代现行的超滤与反渗透耦合电泳漆废水浓缩回收技术,以期最终实现产业化。本研究所研制电泳漆废水浓缩回收装置处理量为0.5 t/h,处理每吨水能耗2 kWh,水利用率达到100%,且回收后的电泳漆完全符合电解槽中电泳漆的纯度要求,回收后水质完全符合清洗、冲洗水的指标要求。
Reverse osmosis membrane separation and industrial water treatment technology combining process was used for the electrophoresis paint wastewater treatment, and the reverse osmosis membrane wastewater recycling new technology, auxiliary equipment, automatic control equipment and membrane cleaning equipment were developed to replace the current ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis process used for the electrophoresis paint wastewater, eventually to achieve the industrialization of the new technology. The loading of the device which was produced by the study of the concentration and recovery is 0.5 ton per hour. The energy consumption is 2 kWh per ton. The water reusing rate of electrophoresis paint reached 100%. The recovered electrophoretic paint in the electrolytic tank completely met the application standard of the production process. The recovery water also meet the requirements of the cleaning, washing water in the production process.
