摘要
本文通过对电泳漆废水处理实验研究,优选出处理该废水所用的复配药剂;同时确定了加药量、pH范围、搅拌强度等最佳混凝条件;探讨提出了采用“粗滤-混凝沉淀-精滤”三级处理新工艺,使电泳漆废水经处理后回用。给电泳漆生产过程实现废水“零排放”提供了一条较好途径。
An experiment of treatment of electrophoresis lacquer wastewater was carried out. The conpound drugs used in the waste water was developed by the optimun test. The optimum conditions of the coagulation was determined. The new treatment technology of the roughing filter-coagulation and precipitating-refined filter was put forward. The zero-drainage in industrial production was realized probably.
