摘要
在一自制的高压反渗透评价池内,对反渗透法处理微生物多糖发酵废水的过程进行了研究,建立了描述这一过程的数字模型,该模型的模拟结果能与实验结果较好的吻合。在此基础之上。进一步分析了操作压力,发酵废水的初浓度对处理过程的影响,这些结果可供反渗透膜法处理微生物多糖发酵废水的工业开发参考。
The process for the treatment of waster produced from poiysaccharide fermentation by RO was studied in a self developed evaluation tank of high pressure RO system. A mathematical model was estalished to describe the process. The simulation result can fit expermental data better. Based on the mathematical model, the effect of operation pressure and the initial concentration of waste water on the treatment process were analyzed. The result can pro vide reference for industrial develepment of the treatment of waste water by RO.
