摘要
目的 :研究益气和胃胶囊对动物实验性胃炎的防治作用。方法 :0 .4 5g/L甲巯咪唑水溶液代饮水造成小鼠慢性浅表性胃炎 ,水杨酸灌胃致大鼠急性胃炎。结果 :益气和胃胶囊灌胃给药 ,动物胃粘膜病变显著减轻。结论 :益气和胃胶囊有防治急、慢性胃炎的作用。
Objective:To study the protective and therapeutic effect of Yiqi Hewei capsule on animal experimental gastritis.Method:The mice chronic superficial gastritis was induced by 0.45g/L thiamazole solution administrated as drinking water.The rat acute simple gastritis was caused by salicylate 100mg/kg ig.Result:Yiqi Hewei capsule(10,5g/kg given ig to mice;8,4g/kg to rat)could significantly decrease the pathological changes of gastric mucosa in experimental animal,inhibit inflammatory reaction.Conclusion:Yiqi Hewei capsule has the protective and therapeutic effect on acute gastritis and chronic superficial gastritis.
