摘要
为了减少评估者在绩效考核中的心理压力,缓解评估者与被评估者的冲突,许多地方将强制分布引入我国公务员绩效考核。本文研究强制分布法在公务员绩效考核中的运用及其对评估者和被评估者的心理影响及对策。
To measure the assessors' psychological pressure in the performance assessment and ease the conflict between the assessors and the assessed, the Mandatory Distribution are introduced into State servant' s performance assessment. In this paper it studies the impact of the assessments and the strategy how to overcome those problems.
