摘要
网络技术的发展 ,互联网上各种烹饪网站 (或网页 )的出现 ,给传统的烹饪期刊产生了巨大的冲击 ,也给它扩大了生存、发展的空间。烹饪期刊的传播方式由印刷版扩展到网络版 ,编辑方式由在纸加工转到在机加工。这些变革充分展示了烹饪期刊的发展前景。
Network techique brings cuisine periodicals menace, but also provides space for existence and development. The spreading way of cuisine periodicals has changed from art of printing to art of network, and editorial way from making on paper to making on PC, which reveal the development of cuisine periodicals fully.
