摘要 基于图形化编程语言LabVIEW,采用弓形测试法,搭建了对频率选择表面(FSS)微波吸收材料的反射率测量系统。整个测量过程在微波暗室中进行。系统主要通过LabVIEW设计的程序由VISA接口控制矢量网络分析仪HP8720ES,实现对测试FSS样品反射参数的数据采集,并由角锥吸波材料反射参数进行参数修正后计算得出测试样品的反射率。本系统的测试结果与NRL测量系统测量结果相比较,具有良好的一致性,表明本测量系统具有典型可靠性,其对FSS微波吸收材料的测量结果能够真实反映材料的吸波性能。 Based on graphical programming language LabVIEW and arch test method,a reflectivity measurement system for microwave-absorbing material of some frequency selective surfaces (FSS) is established. The whole measurement proceeds in a microwave anechoic chamber. Reflection data acquisition for measuring FSS sample is implemented on a vector network analyzer HP8720ES controlled by a LabVIEW program via VISA interface, then the refleetivity of measuring FSS sample is calculated via parameter modification based on pyramid absorber's reflection parameters. The result of measuring FSS sample from our system shows a good consistency with that from NRL measurement system, which indicates that the system has a typical reliability and the measured reflectivity can represent the absorbing performance of FSS microwave absorbing material accurately.
