摘要
电子测量仪器是一个国家的战略性装备,其发展水平已成为一个国家科技水平、综合国力和国际竞争力的标志。在通信、雷达、导航、电子对抗、空间技术、测控和航空航天等领域中,微波毫米波测试仪器是必不可少的测量手段。它复杂程度高,技术难度大,工艺要求严格,一直备受关注并取得了突飞猛进的发展。本文介绍了微波毫米波网络分析仪、信号发生器和信号分析仪设计技术的新进展和发展趋势,涉及到双端口和多端口网络分析仪及误差修正、非线性网络分析、频率合成、正交数字调制与解调等关键技术。
The electronic measurement instrument is a national strategic equipment. Its development level is a symbol of the country's science and technology, integrative national power and international competing power. MW&MMW measurement instruments are absolutely necessary means in the field of communications, radar naviga- tion, electronic confront, outer space technology,measurement and control, aviation and spaceflight, etc. With high complexity, difficulty and strict technique requirements, MW&MMW measurement instruments always attract lots of attention, having been rapidly developed. New design technology progress and trend of network analyzer, signal generator and signal analyzer,including the key techniques of multi-ports VNA, error correction, nonlinearity network analysis, frequency synthesis and digital I/Q modulation & demodulation, are introduced in this paper.
