摘要
目的探讨骨质疏松疼痛护理方案对老年女性骨质疏松性腰背痛的影响。方法将40例老年骨质疏松性腰背痛女性患者随机分为对照组和观察组各20例。对照组采取常规药物治疗;观察组在此基础上采用骨质疏松疼痛护理方案进行干预,主要包括护患谈话、疼痛曲线识别和功能锻炼。结果两组干预后1个月、3个月VAS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);两组干预后3个月ADL比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨质疏松疼痛护理方案可有效减轻老年女性骨质疏松患者的腰背疼痛,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of a pain care protocol on relief of low back pain induced by osteoporosis in elderly women. Methods A total of 40 elderly women with low back pain induced by osteoporosis were divided into a control group and an observing group of 20. The control group were given conventional drug therapy, while the observation group were additionally re ceived interventions guided by a pain care protocol comprising patient nurse conversation, identification of pain curves, and func tional exercise. Results The intensity of patient pain assessed using a visual analogue scale （VAS） showed significant differences be tween the two groups at 1 and 3 months after the intervention （/~〈~0.05,P^0.01）. Significant differences were found in patients＇ Barthel ADL scores 3 months after the intervention （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Pain care protocol for osteoporosis can effectively relieve low back pain in elderly women and improve their quality of life.
