摘要
制定并不断完善专科护士培养的计划和目标,根据患者需求和护理学科的发展设立不同岗位,为专科护士的使用提供多样化的临床护理实践平台。经过10余年的实践与探索,我院培养了110名专科护士,她们在不同的专科领域中,通过护理门诊、护理会诊、团队协作、专职化岗位管理等多种形式提高了护理质量、推动了护理学科发展,实现了自身价值。提示基于岗位需求的专科护士培养和使用符合中国护理事业"十二五"发展规划的要求,能够充分发挥专科护士的作用。
We have formulated systematic training plans and goals to develop specialty nurses, and established different positions according to patients' needs and development of nursing sciences, to provide diverse practical opportunities for specialty nurses. Through more than 10 years'practice, we have cultivated 110 specialty nurses. These nurses improved quality of care, promoted the development of nursing, and fulfilled their values, through nursing clinics, nursing consultation, team collaboration, and posi tion management. The results indicate that cultivation and use of specialty nurses based on post demands, conform to requirements of "The twelfth 5-year development plan for Chinese Nursing", and can encourage specialty nurses to play their role.
