摘要
目的分析 ICU 专科护士培训考核效果,提高我市 ICU 专科护士培训的教学质量。方法对我市46所医院105名参加 ICU 专科护士培训学员的最终考核结果归纳总结,并针对理论考核结果进行统计学分析。结果不同等级医院、不同学历的学员理论考核成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或 P<0.01)。不同 ICU 工作年限的学员理论成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论通过 ICU 专科护士培训,提高了学员的业务水平,促进了各医院 ICU 之间的相互交流,同时,提示改革传统的 ICU 培训模式与方法,加强低学历人员和二级以下医院人员的技术力量培训是今后 ICU 培训和横向交流的重点。
Objective To analyze the effect of training and examination of ICU clinical nurse specialist,and to promote the quality of training for ICU clinical nurse specialist in Beijing. Method The scores of 105 trainees from 46 hospitals who attending the training of ICU clinical nurse specialist were summed up and analyzed. Results There was significant difference in the scores among the trainees from different rank hospitals and with different educational levels （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. But there was no difference among the trainees with different working years （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions The training of ICU clinical nurse specialist improved the nurses＇ professional level and promoted the communication of various ICU. Meanwhile,the results indicated that we should re- form the training mode and method and strengthen the training for the nurses with lower educational level and from the hospitals lower than Class 2.
