摘要
利用回交替换的方法将大白菜的雄性不育核基因转到异源胞质雄性不育基因的大白菜中去 ,育成了不育率 10 0 %的大白菜核质互作型雄性不育系 98- 2 ,具有核不育基因的雄性不育两用系 10 1便是它的保持系。 98- 2不育系具有生长发育正常、抗病、农艺性状优、配合力好等特点。通过组合配制试验 ,选出了优良组合 98- 2× S- 3。
