摘要
间歇摆动弧面凸轮装置是一种新型的摆动装置,它的机理是把弧面分度凸轮的一段升程改为回程。为了实现弧面摆动凸轮的快速设计与制造,以Pro/E软件为平台,在用包络法求出滚子摆动轨迹的基础上进行参数化设计,最后在其NC环境下对弧面凸轮进行了五轴加工仿真。设计者只需输入相应的参数就能快速完成建模,提高了弧面摆动凸轮的建模效率和精度,缩短了设计与制造周期,易于推广。
Intermittent swing globoidal cam device was a new swing device,it' s mechanism was changed to return the indexing cam section of the lift.In order to achieve rapid design and manufacture of Globoidal swing cam,Pro/E software platform in the envelope obtained oscillating roller track on the basis of parametric design,and fmally under the NC environment,globoidal cam done five-axis machining simulation.Designers only need to enter the appropriate parameters can quickly complete the modeling.It' s greatly improved the globoidal swing cam modeling efficiency and accuracy,shorten the design and manufacturing cycle and easy to spread.
