对CW61100车床进行改造,安装凸轮装置,使凸轮随工件按一定比例转动,凸轮驱动刀架做有规律的间歇运动,从而在轧辊槽底刻出等距牙型。
This article introduced the reform of CW61100 lathe. By assembling the cam device, the cam is made to turn around with the workpiece according to established rate and the driving cutting tool carrier is made to move intermittently in a regular pattern, so as to cut the gear form with equal distance in the slot base of the roller.
