摘要
通过一个凸轮的建模实例,分别介绍了3种弧面分度凸轮的建模方法,与此同时得出了这3种建模方法的特点;接着对建立的弧面分度凸轮的模型进行机构的装配,然后在ADAMS中进行运动学仿真;最后在Pro/E中对凸轮廓面进行了曲率分析。从运动学仿真的结果和曲率分析的结果出发,对3种弧面分度凸轮的建模方法的建模精度作出了客观的评价。
Three kinds of modeling methods for globoidal indexing cam are described through a grooved cam modeling example. At the same time, the characteristics of the three kinds of modeling methods are obtained. Then the model of globoidal indexing cam is assembled, and the kinematic simulation is carried out in ADAMS. At last, the curvature of cam profile is analyzed in Pro/Engineer. Through the results of kinematic simulation and curvature analysis of cam' s profile, the modeling precision of three kinds of modeling methods for globoidal indexing cam is evaluated objectively.
