摘要
目的:建立桃仁膝康丸中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法:采用RP-HPLC法,色谱柱:Agilent C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(60∶40),检测波长:322 nm,流速:1.0 mL·min-1,柱温25℃。结果:蛇床子素进样量在0.1890-3.0240μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为99.10%(RSD%=1.62%,n=6)。结论:方法简便可行,精密度高,重现性好,可用于桃仁膝康丸的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a method for the content determination of osthole in Tao-ren Xi-kang Pills. Methods： The content of osthole was determined by RP-HPLC. Agilent CI8 column（4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）was used. The mobile phas-es was acetonitrile-water （60：40）; the detection wavelength was 322 nm; the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, and the temperature was 25 ℃. Results： The injection volume of osthole showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.1890-3.0240 μg（r=0.9999）. The average recovery was 99.10%（RSD%=1.62%, n=6）. Conclusion： The method which is convenient and rapid with high precision and good reproducibility can be used for the quality control of Tao-ren Xi-kang Pills.
