摘要
采用HPLC法测定黄连上清丸中盐酸小檗碱含量,方法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,平均加样回收率为98.34%,RSD为1.1%,可作为质量控制指标。
Determination of the content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Huanglian Shangqing Water Pills by HPLC. The method is simple and reliable,the mean recoveries of berberine hydrochloride were 98. 34 % （RSD 1.1% ）,and could used for quality control of Huanglian Shangqing Water Pills.
