四磨汤挥发油化学成分GC/MS联用对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析四磨汤挥发油化学成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取四磨汤挥发油,经(GC/MS)计算机联用技术分离鉴定。结果:从四磨汤挥发油中分离出67个峰,鉴定了其中29种化学成分,占挥发油总量的61.27%。四磨汤挥发油主要成分:马兜铃烯(9.86%),2,4-二异丙1-甲1-乙烯基环己烷(6.29%),肉豆蔻酸(5.92%),3-乙基-3-羟基雄甾烷基-17-酮(5.9%),棕榈酸(4.17%)等。结论:为进一步研究四磨汤复方的物质基础提供了科学依据。 Objective: To analyze the main constituents of yohile oil from Simo Decoction. Methods: Volatile oil was obtained by steam distillation technique. The chemical constituents were separated and indentified by GC/MS. Results: There were 67 peaks shown from the volatile oil, from which, 29 chemical constituents were identified, which accounting for 61.27% of the volatile oil. The main constituents in volatile oil are Aristolene(9.86%), 2, 4-Diisopropenyl-l-methyl-l-vinylcyclohexane (6.29%), myristic acid(5.92%), 3-ethyl-3-hydroxy androsterone alkyl-17-ketone(5.9%) and cetylic acid(4.17%). Conclusion: This research provides the basis for the further study of active components from Simo Decoction.
