摘要
针对某火电厂2×330 MW机组湿法烟气脱硫系统,运用微元法对系统脱硫效率进行研究,建立了脱硫效率与原烟气量、原烟气二氧化硫含量、浆液pH值、液气比之间的仿真模型。对影响湿法烟气脱硫效率进行了定量分析,其结果对提高湿法烟气脱硫效率和降低运行费用具有指导意义。
The paper focuses on a 2 × 330 MW thermal power plant's wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system to carry on research work. Through the study of desulphurization efficiency by infinitesimal method, the mathemat- ic simulation models of desulphurization efficiency with the connection of the inlet gas, SO2 in the inlet gas, pH and the ratio of liquid to gas (L/G) are established. The efficiency factors of wet flue gas desulphurization are studied in various kinds of operating control parameters. The study has the instruction function to increase the flue gas de- sulphufization efficiency and reduce the operation cost.
