摘要
某热电公司300 MW燃煤机组石灰石—石膏湿法脱硫装置吸收塔入口烟道防腐脱落,堵塞石灰石浆液喷嘴,石灰石浆液循环流量低,造成脱硫效率低于设计值95%的分析过程和处理过程。通过脱硫装置运行参数的对比和实际检修情况,查明了导致脱硫装置效率低的主要原因并采取了相应的处理措施。
This paper presented the analysis and process of one thermal power corporation 300MW coal-fired units of limestone — gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization equipment imported anti-corrosion absorber off,and that plug the limestone slurry nozzles,limestone slurry circulation flow rate is low,which causing desulphurization efficiency 95% lower than the design value.Through the comparison of desulfurization equipment operating parameters and the actual maintenance,the reason was found and the corresponding measures were taken.
