摘要
针对湿式脱硫装置中普遍存在的烟气带水问题进行研究 ,通过对烟气带水的机理及危害的分析 ,以质量守恒、热量平衡原理为依据建立数学模型 ,得出烟气带水量的计算公式 ,从而为此类装置的运行。
The common problem of the flue gas with water,which is produced in a wet desulfurizer,is studied in this paper.Through analyzing the mechanism and harm of the flue gas with water,a mathematical model is made according to the theory of the quality and heat balance,and the calculation formula for water quantity is achieved.In this way, a reference of running and maintenance of such devices is provided.
